The River's Course in the Bohnice Psychiatric Hospital
The last creative part of the Be Part project! will introduce an international team of artists to the Bohnice Psychiatric Hospital. A series of practical meetings led by professional performers will end with a joint performance at the Mezi ploty festival.

In Iceland, over 60 refugees and asylum seekers participated in the project
Ukraine, Venezuela, Iran, Iraq, Syria and Afghanistan, these are just some of the countries from which the participants of the next part of the Be Part! project with the subtitle Be Part of Elegía delle cose perdute came.

We are looking for a performer from the Czech Republic to complete the Czech-Icelandic company for a compensated collaboration on second part of a two-years long international social-artistic project that will take place from January 23 to February 13, 2023 in Reykjavík.

A footage of the monthly work of an international company of artists and dozens of Brno residents, especially from excluded locations, to create a joint performance.

Be Part! resonated in the Bronx of Brno
The artistic community project Be Part of LOStheULTRAMAR inspired by the performance of the Mexican group Foco alAire, focused on work in Brno in an excluded area around Bratislavská Street, where the majority of Roma residents live. It is also home of a number of institutions working specifically with the Roma community, and it is these institutions that have become essential partners for the project.

LOStheULTRAMAR (“those from overseas”) is a vibrant dance performance that renews the spirit of human community. Join the parade with its live music, and marvel at the dancers’ minimal movements and finely elaborated facial expressions. The LOStheULTRAMAR performers combine seemingly contradictory traits: extreme uncertainty and unbearable politeness.

BPART, in co-production with Czech Television, is shooting a documentary film about the implementation of the Brno part of the social and artistic project Be Part of LOStheULTRAMAR. The documentary will be included in the broadcast of CT art in the spring of 2023.
